Does a version check make late events harmless?

The search service keeps its own copy of the product catalog, built from change events that can arrive late, twice or out of order. The assistant rewrote the step that applies each event.

Your task

The assistant stands by the claim in claim.md. Reach a verdict and prove it with a run.

• verdict() returns the string "true" or "false"
• deliveries() returns the events in the order they arrive, repeats included
• check() applies them with the old and the new apply() and compares each final table with what the newest event for each product says
• a verdict on its own does not count; the run has to show it
• leave everything below the dashed line alone; it is the code under test and the graded driver

The suite applies your deliveries at submit and checks the run settles the claim.
