Wait helper for the invoice export job

Customers can download all their invoices as one CSV. The export service builds the file in the background, and for a large account that takes 2 to 4 minutes. This helper waits for it inside the worker that emails the link. A status call answers in about 30 ms, and on the first of the month up to 50 exports wait at once. What do you flag before this ships?
