Notifications endpoint behind the bell menu
Your task
The web app calls this endpoint on every page load to fill the bell menu. The menu shows an unread count and the newest 20 notifications. Most users have a few hundred. Accounts that connect our CI integration get one per build, and the largest has about 240,000. What do you flag before this ships?
