Guest photo album for weddings

Design a service that collects photos from wedding guests. The couple creates an album and prints a QR code on the tables; guests scan it and upload photos from their phones without creating an account. After the event the couple browses everything and downloads the whole album as a zip file. A typical wedding has 120 guests uploading about 1,500 photos of 3 to 8 MB each, mostly during one evening, and the service hosts about 400 weddings a week. Guests often upload the same photo twice, and phone photos carry GPS location in their metadata. Albums are deleted after 12 months.
