Custom registration forms for an events site

Your events site lets 20,000 organizers build their own registration forms. A form has a few fixed fields, like name and email, plus the organizer's own text fields, dropdowns and checkboxes. Attendees send about 15,000 registrations a day. Organizers read responses in a table and download them as a spreadsheet file.

Organizers edit forms while registration is open. They add questions, delete questions, reword them, and add or remove dropdown choices. Every response must still show each question as the attendee saw it, with the answer they gave.
