Stop agents from fighting your Go codebase

A new engineer on your team keeps getting subtly wrong Go code from their coding agent. It writes helpers that already exist in internal/, panics where your code returns wrapped errors, and last week it edited a generated .pb.go file. The next code generation run wiped the edit out.
