Does parsing the stamps fix the event merge?

Every service stamps its events in UTC with stamp(), and a merge job puts the events in order by their stamps. The assistant changed how the merge sorts them.

Your task

The assistant stands by the claim in claim.md. Reach a verdict and prove it with a run.

• verdict() returns the string "true" or "false"
• event_times() returns the moments your events happened, as datetime objects with a time zone
• check() stamps them, puts the stamps in order with the old and the new merge, and checks whether each order is time order
• a verdict on its own does not count; the run has to show it
• leave everything below the dashed line alone; it is the code under test and the graded driver

The suite stamps and merges your events at submit and checks the run settles the claim.
