Can ticks computed from the start ever repeat?

The profiler lays out its sample times with ticks(). The assistant rewrote it so that rounding errors no longer build up.

Your task

The assistant stands by the claim in claim.md. Reach a verdict and prove it with a run.

• verdict() returns the string "true" or "false"
• window() returns the start, the end and the step, in seconds
• check() runs ticks() on them and checks each tick against the one before
• a verdict on its own does not count; the run has to show it
• leave everything below the dashed line alone; it is the code under test and the graded driver

The suite runs ticks() on your window at submit and checks the run settles the claim.
