We don’t believe AI should automate away your individuality; we use adaptive technology to amplify your own professional voice. No platform can guarantee employment or a particular offer, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we can do is maximize your readiness — pairing data-driven market insight with rigorous rehearsal so you walk in able to advocate for yourself from a position of strength.

How we handle your data

We collect only what we need to run Prep Room — your email, the resume and job-description text you paste, and the bios and recommendations we generate for you. A resume file you upload is read in memory to pull out its text and isn’t retained unless you opt in; if you do, it’s kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Everything we store you can delete from your Account page at any time, and deleting your account erases all of it. For the full policy, see Legal.
