Move zeros to end
Given a list of integers nums, return a new list with all zeros moved to the end while preserving the relative order of the non-zero elements. For example [0, 1, 0, 3, 12] becomes [1, 3, 12, 0, 0]. The list may be empty.

State your approach and its time/space complexity out loud before you optimize. Handle the edge cases (empty input, duplicates, overflow), and say why you chose this over the brute force. Green tests are the floor, not the grade.
