The application is still serving traffic but is slowing down. You notice the new release turned on debug-level logging. How do you triage and stop the disk from filling?

Stop the bleeding first (mitigate), then form hypotheses from real signals. Separate root cause from symptom, communicate status as you go, and close with what prevents a repeat.
